We are an independently owned network consulting company.  We have been in your neighborhood since 1998 - serving almost every level of network needs for the small business platform.  We are about relationships with our clients - we want you for life.  Our managers are owners, or working toward ownership, and all operate exactly as they were trained.  They train their technicians the same way.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

As an IT company, we are true believers that excellence is derived from both education and experience.  We strive to keep current on the latest techniques and standards so we can provide our clients with the most optimal results. That’s why we focus on thorough assessments – checking your total network before implementing a proposal for changes.   Our assessment does not really take that long to do.  We also know that networks are never routine, no matter how many thousands of times we have performed our services.  We never take for granted that you have placed a great deal of confidence in us.  For this reason, a review of your network, your current functions, your expectations for your network and your motivations for electing any network changes are all taken into consideration before we even begin to propose a pathway for change.

Every OCS technician is hand-picked - and hand-trained.  3-4 hours of training occurs EVERY WEEK for our technicians.  Hands on, real-world experience is performed and proven at the bench before we allow it in the field.

UNCOMPROMISING SAFETY

We are sticklers.  We don't leave boxes laying around, plastic covers on the floor and trash everywhere when we do installs.  We are organized and very safety conscious.  Visit any of our shops at ANY time - clean, safe and organized.


TRAINING & EXPERTISE

OCS is a Microsoft Partner.  We have A+ certifications and MCSE certifications on staff.  Our in-house trainer, Steve Wilkins, is MCSE certified as well, and has over 20 years experience in the field.  He provides the in-house training for our technicians, as does Oly.  We have a DST Training program we utilize in-house to provide our techncians with a comprehensive track for learning everything from DOS - to Server 2003.  EVERYTHING we do in the field is in our DST track.  WHAT is a DST track?  Demonstrated Skills Test.
