Q:	Why are we billed so infrequently?

Great questions! We are taking steps to rectify that. We have grown so much over the past 3 years that accounting is now moving out of my hands (Oly) - flatly because of this problem, coupled with the fact I hate to do accounting, not to mention billing.

Bear with us in this growth period, please. We will be billing our customers twice a month sometime this summer....

Q:	How do I get a virus on my system?

A:	99% of viri is introduced into a system by email. If you are not EXPECTING an attachment from someone - its a good rule of thumb to just delete it. Don't let curiosity get you - that is what virus creators count on!
