OCS offers you the opportunity for us to IDENTIFY mission critical data in your business, and configure a separate backup for that specific data. We then transfer that SMALLER image to our off-site storage facility in our FW office location. This is above and beyond the FULL images performed nightly at YOUR location. In the event of fire or theft, you will still have a FULL image from a nightly backup off-site on the drive you either TAKE off-site or put in a firebox, as we agreed. THIS data is to save you the time of gathering information that might not be in THAT full backup - this is especially valuable for Law Firms and any location utilizing databases; Medical Practices, Accounting Firms, etc... It does not cost a lot - and is just one extra layer of safekeeping for your data... Oly Graham
